Initial service requests do not create payment and do not confirm an appointment.
Until pricing, payment channels, delivery windows, and legal terms are finalized, FUZAI should not collect payment through the website.
Before Payment
A written quote should explain the service, scope, exclusions, required information, delivery format, delivery timing, follow-up boundary, total price, currency, fees, validity, cancellation terms, and disclaimer.
Only after the user accepts the quote in writing should payment instructions be sent.
After Payment
The formal refund window, cancellation window, rescheduling rules, and dispute flow are still pending business and legal decisions.
The delivery clock should begin only after payment is confirmed and all required information is complete.
Safer First Rule
If a request is outside scope, risky, or unsuitable, do not quote and do not collect payment.
Do not use urgency, fear, or promises of harm reduction to pressure payment.
