FUZAI receives service requests through the website and internal Feishu notifications. Overseas visitors do not need Feishu; email remains the fallback reply channel.
Service Requests
Use the service form on the Services page when the matter concerns a reading, space review, talisman, ritual suitability, or symbolic object.
Do not send birth data, photos, identity documents, payment information, or a full address in the first message. If more information is needed, we will ask in stages.
Reply Channels
Email is required on the request form so we have a global fallback path.
WhatsApp, Telegram, and WeChat can be added as a preference, but they are optional and do not require the visitor to use Feishu.
Temporary Contact
For the MVP stage, manual replies may be sent from an existing Gmail account while a dedicated FUZAI mailbox is being prepared.
A public contact mailbox will be added after the dedicated address or domain mailbox is confirmed.
