Privacy

We ask for less first, because a question does not need to arrive carrying your whole life.

This MVP privacy notice explains what we collect, why we collect it, and which sensitive details we deliberately avoid at the first step.

What We Collect

For free readings, the browser may process the details needed to cast a chart or reading. We avoid sending raw birth details to an AI provider unless the user explicitly chooses an AI feature.

For service inquiries, we collect the selected service, topic, name, email, preferred reply path, optional account, timezone, convenient time, message, consent, and anti-spam fields.

What We Avoid First

The first-stage service form does not ask for birth data, photos, a home address, identity documents, or payment information.

If a human review later requires additional details, we request only the minimum needed for that service.

How We Use Data

We use submitted information to respond to the inquiry, assess whether the request is suitable, prevent abuse, and improve the reliability of the website.

Analytics events should not include birth details, full questions, photos, addresses, payment data, or other unnecessary personal information.

Retention And Deletion

Formal retention periods are still being defined for the MVP. Until then, data should be kept only as long as needed to respond, operate the request, and meet practical record needs.

A deletion request process will be added as the contact and legal pages mature.
